  • HUMAN ERROR INVESTIGATION This training module gives frontline leaders a clear, practical way to understand why incidents happen and how to prevent them. Instead of focusing on blame, the training teaches leaders to look at the whole system—processes, equipment, environment, and human factors—to find real root causes and strengthen how work gets done. By learning how to gather facts, investigate objectively, and select effective corrective actions, leaders help create a safer, more consistent, and more reliable workplace for everyone.
    • Lesson Managing Human Error: TWTTP & HERCA

  • This course helps Front Line Managers recognize and respond to potential impairment, fitness-for-duty concerns, and medical emergencies in the workplace. Learners will practice focusing on observable facts, documenting concerns objectively, following the Reasonable Suspicion process, protecting confidentiality, and using respectful communication. The course also reinforces when to escalate concerns, partner with HR or site leadership, and take immediate action during emergencies to protect employee safety, dignity, and workplace operations.
